DVB Dream V3.7.2 Slow changing video on channel change (audio ok)

Yes still trying to get the DVB Dream V 3.7.2 going correctly and I have one issue (put up with the rest) and this issue is when I change channel even on the same transponder the Picture Freezes to the last frame (no black screen) the audio change immediately for the new audio but for 20 odd seconds the video still has the last frame then it changes to the new video from the channel that you have selected. Does anyone have a clue whats happening.
