I noticed that this package is easily receivable in southern europe, at least some TPs and that is encrypted in irdedo 1 (?)....

Is it possible keys are somewhere to be found?

Not possible, it's irdeto 3 and paired with boxes.

In Europe don't know, maybe on African countries but it's very expensive, I think it's not worth it.

DSTV Africa not only Irdeto3(06E6) use Irdeto2(0604)

Some years ago DSTV was brodcast services on Intelsat @ 68.5E c-Band & IRD2 caid 0604 card only for local cabel operators in asia
also it was ok on sharing like cline .

Yes, but that was some years ago, then DSTV updated boxes and gone.

There were some chinese boxes that suplyed DSTV but that was not stable.
