Dreambox Problem !!! Pleaseee Helpp :)

Hi to all...

i've a problem with my Dreambox500S

it cannot be opened ..... i can't conect to him via DCC,Flash Image ...

when i try to conect through DCC it Says :

no no... i change a skin in dreambox.... deleted it in DCC ... but not changed it in Dreambox... so that got a problem

Can you access your dreambox at all? i.e does it show channels?

If not you might have to reflash it using Dreamup with nullcable.

Yes that i am doing... i can ping but i cannot conect Telnet..

Try to switch of your firewall (also windows firewall) and then start dcc and try to connect to your box.

maybe you can go to menu of dreambox than
set up - experts setup - comunications
after that check your dreambox IP.

edit: good news problem is solved.

and tell us what was your problem??

We solved it, was an prob with the usb to serial converter and for dm500 we must use an older dreamup.
Now it´s all ok.
