Have you setup the dreambox to use Ngrab?
If not do this
1. Menu-Setup-Expert Setup.
2. Select Ngrab Streaming Setup and press OK.
3. In the Srv IP field, enter the Ip address of the PC running Ngrab.
4. You then need to detect the MAC address. Select detect Mac Address and then save with the Green button.
This assumes you have ngrab setup on your PC

If you have followed the above and installed the ngrab software on the PC that is going to do the recording your ready to try it.
1. Start Ngrab on the PC.
2. Right click on the ngrab icon and click on Einstellungen.
3. Choose dBox Einstellungen, and fill in the IP Address field with the IP address of your Dream box and click OK
4. Click on Dateisystem Einstellungen and the browse to the folder where your recordings will be saved then click OK.
Now with the Dreambox and PC setup you can either use the web interface to start a timmed recording or for a direct recording press the yellow button for Plugins and start ngrab.
