DREAMBOX FRONT LCD PROBLEM

First of all i m new in sat-universe
and my dreambox front lcd not work just power red light work during starting and also work very well just front lcd problem pls help me

You should open the box and have a look to the connector from the lcd display to the box.

I had the same problem when I use a script in order to monitor the picons on LCD! ...after that I just reflash it, and it's OK..
