Dreambox 800 and Sky Italia probleme

I have a simple problem on my dreambox800hd sim 201 with sky italia (some chaneles) Sky Cinema HD 1 + Passion ...
this chaneles break down on image :mecry: !! but the signal is excellent ..65%
are the probleme in the device ?? or these channels require a big signal ,?? helpe me please , and sorry for my english :eek:

probleme with tuner ?? !! I do not think , the problem with these channels only , because there channeles on astra signal up to 92%

What tuner do you have ? Your symtoms are a common fault with the early clone tuners on some HD channels only the rev M tuner seem to work as it should.

When the channel are glitching look at the signal strenght if it is jumping up and down like mad then your problem is the tuner.

my tuner : Alps BSBE2
all channels working fine but thes channeles , i will try to up the signal :thum: thanks sat-universe for the help :thum:

Some people seem to have signal problems with the High frequency DVB-S2 8PSK transponders on 13e. You need your dish to be pretty much spot on to get these reliably. You could try a Signal Booster. I have used one successfully on a BCM4505 tuner to get the 12731H transponder without issue.

Copy this number(370511972260) in to famous auction site (I checked sponsor first and they don't sell boosters).
This works perfect for me on High frequency DVB-S2 8PSK transponders on 13e using BCM4505. My ALPS BSBE2-801A doesn't need booster.

There is description of same booster on slightly more expensive auction:

"The amplifier is specifically designed to boost signal for long cable runs.It gives a variable boost to higher frequencies (which suffer most on longer cable runs) but does not over amplify low frequencies,so you will not experience problems caused by over boosting the signal.

The amplifier simply sits in line on the cable betwen the dish and receiver and the LNB switching voltage is used to power it (no need for a seperate power supply)."
