i have dream box 500s but seremble channel nt running how i can upgrade my dreambox and where i can get software and bootloder

there is no bootloader for this box mate . as for software if you mean different images you can have a look in here .

I have a little problem with my 500. I'm not able to run user addons server. I copied useraddons.xml file to var/etc via FTP, restarted dm500 but still can not connect.

and it seems to me that you have copied the wrong folder
- /var / tuxbox / config for Dream 500s

have a read here . if you are looking to check your CCcam then install CCcaminfo.php on your pc . you will find it in the forum .
