DM800SE Clone & MGCamd 1.35a

Hi guys.

I'm going to go mad

I've now must have now gone through around 15 images to try and make my box work correctly. I need help please.

I want to achieve the following:

MGCamd 1.35a
Build-in Hard Drive

Bonus:
EPG
Picons

Now this sounds easy and straight forward but thus far, one or the other doesn't work.

The furthest I've got is with BlackHole 1.7.4. Installed and via TSPanel, installed the softcam as needed, uploaded the line. But nothing In the info, it showed the line is ok but nothing. I know this lines works as its from a working box (thats shut off whilst installed on this DM800SE). Tried a few different versions but of MGCamd but I just cant get anything.

Installing OpenBlackHole and I cant get MGCamd or the HDD timeshift to work..

I'm soooo fursttrated now

Can someone please link me an image that defo works please please please

In the config make sure you have the boxtype set correctly

config where? im asuming its mgcamd config but what dir do i look it to check?

mg_cfg youll find in the keys folder.

Best thing you could do is download and install the minicat key bundle.

In that download there is a readme file give it a read it will help you.

ok, update:

you were right.
mg_cfg didnt have dreambox selected.

thats now done.

I reinstalled the blackhole image and im in the middle of scanning channels for the tenth time. Please bare with me and i'll post my results.

GOT IT WORKINGS

And it was EXACTLY what you said.

It was set to auto and needed to be told its a dreambox/mips.

Thank you dude. My project is complete.

One small down to the blackhole 1.7.4 and 1.7.3. Its buggy as hell. When you go to Network settings, it crashes. But I love the look.

Is there an image that looks contemparey / glass that I can try?

Carp.. The box crashed with a green crash screen and now its nolonger working AGAIN

Update:

I've now installed Oozoon and its superb, hassle free.

Manually installed and old version of TSPANEL (4.5) as the new ones didnt work.
Then updated TSPANEL

Installed MGCam 1.35 for Oozoon

Uploaded line

Run auto scripts via plugin.

Works perfectly.
