I think you should write more information about the problem.
If you can see the startup image and the menues, then its probabbly not a HDMI or scart problem. I say probably, because I once had a bad hdmi cable, and the box acted strange. But its not likely that you have the same problem with both your hdmi and scart cable.
What have you done? Have you set up the box for your satellites correctly, and done a channel scan?
Can you open free channels? Can you even get a signal from the satellite?
