Dm800 hd can not flash with webrowser nor comport ???

Please help ? Dear sir my Dm800 hd can not flash with webbrowser nor comport. What do I do now ? I heard there is a special dreamup What is it ??

Does the box boot ? Is it a clone or real box ?

Have a look if the IP adress ir correct, if the dreambox is connected to internet, try to clean cookies in your PC... I think if the connection is correct, there`s no reason for not instal via web... Sometimes ther`s some problems with DreamUp versions, with PC port, you have to test with other versions and change the usb connection in you pc, try to connect with another PC port, and in your DreamUp it wiil change the port options...
