DM500S problem with Dreamstream E1

Hi, I have a DM600 and a DM500, both with E1 and almost the same setup, when I use Dreamstream from a PC in house, I ca nuse the 600 without any problem, the 500 gives just a black screen, but register the chanal name, and PID. Does any one know what to do ???

Never had any problem with Dreamstream so it is hard to say what your problem is.

All i can suggest is check user pass and IP and ensure it it grabbing your channel list correctly. Turn off your firewall too to test.

Hi.. I have tryed to switch off the firewall, antivirus and so on but nothing helps... it is only th picture and sound that i not kan get throug, I think I have to nuke the DM500 and start from scratch

That may help mate installing a new image. Also try a older or newer version of Dreamstream you never know.
