Dm500 No nettwork after flashing

I need some help with my old 500s. The network is working because I can upload thrue dreamup. I have tried everything, but when I install an Image the network card dosent work any more. I suspect something is still in flash, but cant get it cleen. Tried erase image as well!

Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi mate

Try powering down your router then the 500 a then reboot, check if you can now connect, if not set a static ip on 500, Menu setup expert setup communications.

Change you network cable jsut so we can iliminate a dodgy one .

Then in wondows try ping the ip you setup on the 500. If it ping network is as you say fine.

Well everything is working when using dreamup. I have the lan cable pluged in as well as the null modem. The light inside the dm shows that the card is responding, but when I have flashed and do a reboot the lights only show a little moment then disapeare.... Tried everything but no luck.

Powerdown disconnect the Null cable.

Then see if you can get network connection.

Have you tried flashing with a different image.

Well I had to give it up. Not working after I reboot with new Image. Strange problem. Threw it away and bought a dm7000 for the child room.
