DM 800 with signale but no sound and picture

hi to all i have dm800 HD originale i have a big probleme i have a signale in all channels but no picture of channel no sound just picture of menu and skin but no channel captured help me plz

Well if you can see menus your cable is fine, anything strange happen when you boot the box ?

I guess your going to have to start with a flashing a new image to rule out a corrupt images then let us know if you still have the problem.
