Djazz.tv first 24/7 jazz channel

Dutch based Djazz.tv has launched its broadcasts and claims to be the world’s first 24/7 jazz channel.
Djazz.tv is initially only available on FTTH provider Glashart Media and small cable operator CAI Harderwijk, but negotiations are under way with the country’s two largest cable nets, UPC and Ziggo.
Djazz.tv is part of the Brava TV group, which already consists of classic music channels BravaHDTV, BravaNL and Brava3D. The channel is also available in HD and plans an international roll-out with local versions.
The new channel was officially launched with a kick-off party in Rotterdam on Friday, June 22.
