My dish has lost signal strength with all the bad weather these past few months and I need someone to adjust it. At the same time is it worth upgrading from a TM 97cm dish to a 1m Gibertini? Would this dish give a noticeable increase in performance on regular feeds I use?

I have this TM dish and it doesn't perform as well as a 90cm Triax. Very flimsy in the wind as well.
I would imagine a Gibertini dish of the same size would offer a decent increase in performance.

would tell you to buy the same dish i have its Laminas OFC 1200 the better thing about this dish is it weights only 3 Kilo and its made of Fibre Glass.
Yes, CM1,2m is one of the best. And it is not necessary to buy it new, even used one after washing will look like new and work like new.A channel Master 1.2m would ensure optimum signal quality and solid as a rock. A bit pricey but outdoes my other 1.2m dish hands down.

I have too 120 laminas glass fiber and powertech dg 390 and it works very fine:thum:
My 1m Gibertini is installed on a STAB motor. It runs well, tested from 30 west to 42 east. It does jump about in heavy wind, but usually stays aligned. It once moved half a degree, I corrected it by fine tune adjustment from inside the house. Quite happy with it and would buy it again.
Channel Master also made 1m dish, and Prodelin as well. Do not want problems with wind- install dish on polar-mount.I would like to have a bigger dish but I cant have anything bigger than 1m at this point.
