I dont think its for Gamma card its for gamma sofware for Ecolink etc receviers.Again files posted without being tested

I think its a receiver file as well.

1) .bin instead of .gam ?

2) ALL Irdeto2 & Cryptoworks - Gamma Card only does ONE provider at once.

3) Cryptoworks? - Gamma Card NEVER did Cryptoworks only Irdeto2, It's only the new 3rd Generation Gamma (Blue,Red,Yellow Dragon Cards) that do Cryptoworks.

Canal Digitaal phasing out Irdeto

The Dutch satellite DTH platform Canal Digitaal is phasing out Irdeto encryption, according to Dutch magazine Totaal TV.

The M7 Group said it will start switching off Irdeto encoding next week on two Belgian public channels, VRT Eén and Canvas/Ketnet, as well as on the adult Marcel Dorcel channel.

This is the first step of a complete migration to Mediaguard3 encryption. The move was previously announced by the platform operator. At a later date, more channels will be affected.

Current Irdeto smart card users will be informed about the upcoming changes by personal letter, which will also contain an offer to obtain a new satellite receiver.

At the moment, Canal Digitaal already encrypts a limited number of channels in Irdeto; with Mediaguard viewers will receive more channels at the same subscription price.

All the channels still working with ir###o are open.

There are three files that never stopped working.

Just need to be patient after you write the card for the update.

If you still can`t wait for the card to update,(may take some hours)find a recent log and send it to card via emk.
