Digital dropout

Help appreciated, while on either S*y UK or IT (cardsharing)i get digital dropout of pic and sound just for a second or two, this can happen after 5 or 10 seconds repeatedly.

I dont have the problem on any other provider.

I have 80% sig on UK and 100% on IT and the free channels are no problem at all.

Any ideas ?
