DAF only new parameters at 19.2°E
28 January 2012 year with the transponder No. 92 Astra 1H (19.2°E) excludes redundant communication channel dedicated to business topics DAF (Deutsche Anleger Fernsehen). The issue was carried out with the frequency 12.246 GHz, pol. V, SR 27500, FEC 3/4 (DVB-S/QPSK). Since then, DAF is only available with transponder No. 15 with a frequency of 11.421 GHz, pol. H, SR 22000, FEC 5/6 (DVB-S/QPSK). Emission parallel with the old and new frequencies was performed 2 weeks. DAF is transmitted in uncoded form (FTA).
