Do the current Tandberg keys open,
7E
11020 V 7200
ID: IMG EU

Or are they just for IMG Asia. (As I have no luck when entering them for 7E )

Yes, but no with oscam-emu currently. You need a dvb card and vplug.

Or, you can stream feed via network from E2 receiver to a PC where you open it with vPlug.

That vPlug Server Emulates PowerVU and Tandberg to CCcam Line , you just need to insert it and everything will work
