CSA Rainbow Version 2 Can't Make Chain

I have the GTX 580 and 960 and both can't create chains using version 2.

I am successful in version 1 as I can easily crate chains but in version 2 the speed stays stuck at 0 kcw/sec.

I do connect to the server and works perfectly identifying the card but i can't create chains.

Any idea what am I doing wrong?

Even if you create V2 file, you can not use it.

Because, it is not possible to add "ChainAuthor.map" file.

I want to create version 2 chain and then convert to version 1 file... Colibri says that it is faster to create chains on version 2 so i thought i'd give it a try and then convert to version one after.

Now only possibel create V1 chains...Colibri say:
Don't create new RBC2, RBC3, RBC4 chain files, because no update to the ChainAuthor.map is planned, since dvbn.happysat.org has been closed on Sep, 25th 2015.

I understand if I create them i can't use them on version 2... but this is not what i want ...

I want to create them and convert to version 1... I should be able to create unless this was disabled from version 2
