Cristor STB and Abracadabra

I have been trying to upgrade my card in my X3-New for a couple of weeks now and having nothing but trouble, each time I try all the info from my card is wiped. The box uses Kyng SW and the only thing I can open is S1-S8 at 13e. Can any one shed any light on my problem please.

Hi !
Abracadabra card will be activated on an FTE (moresat receiver) only then you can use it in an X3-new to open ART and Al jazeera sport channels.

yes you can actived your abracadabra in el 3020ir plus
For El 3020 Ir plus use latest firmware BETA ( alidvbs 29c) here
