2x 500s bricked

Hi,

I have to 500s boxes that have been bricked..
I have tried different bootloaders with Windows jtag, as the 500s I have don't have the correct flash eeprom for the dos jtagdm500 tool..

Even if things looks kind of okay, dreamup is not my friend..
It recognizes the dm500s box, but nothing more, I don't get the info about talking to the box so I can flash them..

Is there any other bootloaders that can be used for a clone, the makes the dreamup tool like them?

Yes, sombody tried to install the 4.3.wherever Gemini version.

ps. one blimg made dos jtag say Ho Ho CloneWars, but the last one looks okay from the dos tool.

I have a clone Dreambox DM500S and I want to upgrade its image to the latest version. Right now, the Chinese factory has installed Gemini 3.3 in it.

I'm afraid my box gets bricked if I go for an image upgrade. So, please tell me which latest image is the safest one and please explain if there is any precautions I need to take care beforehand.

Dead dreambox 500s

Hi everyone this is first time for me ..I wonder if there is a way to fix the dead dream box 500s(I was loading an image then the computer freeze I had to restart,then dream box was dead..!)I tried to connect to the computer using null cable with adapter..but the computer can't download the driver for the box,and couldn't find it in Google..Am I in the wrong path?If so where to start?

FOR DM500S JS28F640 use dos jtag or TE28F640 win jtag on right of card reader

how did you gret your light back mine is off too dm 500 cloneTE28F640 have never been able to change blmg it flashes in 2 secs but is always unable to open bin exept with original bin injtag win
