with the firm. 151p for CT 6600 can I have the hiden menu 8281? or not

Hi,
for one CT 6600 SST firm 1.51P I have on hiden menu 8082, 8282 but not the 8281. Why? I read for Technomate (his brother STB) that it's necesary one addon 02.stb. it's the same for my CT? and where I found this module.

tks, I just see that it's inside of 1.02 zip but I must put it also after I patched with firm. 1.51P or it's included inside 1.51P?
