Chello DMC adds 24 Kitchen to playout menu

Chello DMC is to provide playout services for the new 24 Kitchen channel launching on October 1.
“New channel launches like 24 Kitchen are very important to Chello DMC, but they are not more or less important than serving our existing clients,” said Lukas Kernell, general manager, thematic channels, Chello DMC. The Liberty Global-owned company will provide 24-hour playout services to 24 Kitchen including live broadcast services and the acquisition of file-based content.
24Kitchen, distributed by Fox International Channels (FIC), will launch on October 1 to over three million homes in the Netherlands, securing capacity on Ziggo, UPC, Caiway and Glashart Media. Two more international launches are planned before the end of the year.
