channels freeze on samsat560

Hi,
TNTsat Channels are freezing from time to time on Samsat560 without connection to morebox data satellite (i use only keys ).
How would I solve this? thanks

Try to use GUI 1.2.4‎ (dump) (choose all chunk) Then factory-reset your receiver.After that install the latest software using a usb flash disk (but choose software to do so). At last, send cas data to you receiver. GOOD LUCK AMIGO

freeze con samsat 560

hi, i have a problem with my samsat 560 conected to 2 dish on ab1
and it freezes on many channels nova and other providers.any solution for this problem change software or else?
