how can i block my local card from peer1 and peer2 can see
my card how to

first set a global restriction, that only peers on hop 1 can see yours cards, like this

GLOBAL LIMITS: {xxxx:yyyyyy:1}
the x any y stands for your provider-id and card

if a peer on hop2 should see your card then you only have to allow this in F line ...
