Can't open CSA-Rainbow Table software

Just done a dual fresh install of Windows 7 and Windows 10 and can no longer get CSA Rainbow Table Tool v1.23 to open now.

When I try to open it I get the following message, 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.'


It used to work before I reinstalled everything so I assume I may just be missing Windows service pack or something like that.

run sfc / scannow in admin command prompt

Tried installing the latest redistrutable with no luck.

Was it the correct version as there are several.

you can assume that its 32-bit and 64-bit runtime libraries are messed up
start as admin cmd and run sfc / scannow
