calsat most gone on a funcard (HELP)

hi can anybody tell me if they have lost Csat 19EAST AS I HAVE LOST MOST OF MINE I USED A FUNCARD WITH A VIACCESS RED CAM AND ALL WAS WORKING UP TO 16.30PM PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ALL TELL ME IF THEY HAVE CHANGE KEYS THANKS HUMAXMAN:mecry::mecry::mecry:
