It is really weird this time because all the last times the keys were changed, I've successfully updated them.

But this time, after updating the keys, my "crypted" channels are still unavailables...

I've allready done a full "channels research" with "ALL CABLE 6900" frequencies... Still the same situation...

Is someone here can help me to fix that situation?

Hello LolCat,

How did you update your Key ?
Are you using DM ? 500C ? 800C ? ther reciver ?
Can you put more info ?
If you updated correctly the key there's no reason that not working

I am using the dm500c.

I've allready successfully updated 6 times the keys.
Here are the détails how I achieve that:
- Plug the ethernet cable on the dm.
- Access the files from the DM through my network (connection with filezilla directly on the ip address).
- Open the var/key/keys/softcam.keys file.
- Updating the related required data.
- Save/upload the files.

Every last time I've done these steps, the crypted channels worked right after the "save" step.

Where you can find what? The keys?
I think you can find them with the help of the page 94 of the current topic...

I'm getting crazy because these keys are not working from my side...

It is weird because the config of my DM500C has not change!!!
