How about an ip address of your dm, still can u get it?if still, try to enter your bios setup..and make a change of "primary boot source". It's just my opinion.
You need to use network and ethernet cable together and tick the network option, then enter a IP for the remote box that is suited to your network range, press connect and it should go into http mode then press the flash button and flash a suitable image for your sim type

Unfortunately, the time to figure out how to do network booting or booting from USB is not while the box is broken. Cut your losses and reinstall...
Network boot would require a dhcp server that is able to point to a running & properly configured tftp server, the kernel & filesystem to be exported by the tftp server, etc... There's more to it than changing the "primary boot source".
My DM 800 HD se clone is not booting after upgrade. Jost a warning for all the people buying clones - do not do online upgrade ever unless you know exactly what you doing.It practically bricks the unit and it is a lot of trouble to recover it.
