BH 2.15 / Meoboot?

Nine times out of ten, after I install a new image in Meoboot.
When I reboot , Black Hole freezes on startup.
If I remove the usb stick (where ive installed Meoboot) ,the flash takes over and the BH image works.
Is there a problem with BH 2.15/Meoboot, or am I missing something?

(Ive mapped the USB stick after formatting)

Try to change different formatted USB

Have formatted different USB sticks.
Same results !
Have read that a lot of images now will only install in flash?
Never happened when I had installed other types of images in flash then Meoboot
