best way to view 4,2,2 in hd?

hello trying to view the 4.2.2 hd football feed on 23east is there a way to view it on a pc through network ive tried vlc player it plays for 3 seconds then goes off any ideas?

You tried PotPlayer?
Do you have the right codecs?
Are you by any chance using wireless?
