Barry Allen plugin doesnt work

Hi! having problems with BA, cant execute a backup to .nfi file on a GP3 image, getting file not found, and as well when I power down the DM800 the BA plug in disappears, have tried other images e.g, Nemesis and something similar. Any ideas?

I'm using TSImage 3.0 and openatv 4.0 too. Both working fine.
