A simple recompilation is not enough, it needs to be ported to kernel 2.6.23.
That's a lot of work, and as I don't use e2 anymore, I don't plan to do it.

I guess that won't happen anytime soon (unless tideglo already has some sort of card-reader drivers). So we're either stuck with dgs images or pre 0.9 e2-images

Yes, by downgrading back to old kernel. I cant really see any benefits of using the new one.
