appears alone the menu

Hello guys
It is happening to me a very strange thing
without that I press the menu button on the remote control , every 10 minutes or so appears alone the menu . All this happens with both last italysat both last open atv 5.2 in my DM800SE

you know how to solve ?

Not sure i understand the problem with the broken English.

So you press the menu button on the remote and it takes 10 mins for for it to appear ?

problem is HDMI CEC in tv LG
