I believe the following open on Techno (sure boxerman23 will correct me if I am wrong)

Bulsat (15 channels open) or Canal Digitaal NL (I2 channels open) depending on patch used, numerous biss channels (30+), Canal Sat (16 channels open), RAI, Telespazio, Mezzo, SIC International, Austria Sat & ORF Open, Ariqva Disney feed 9E and Ariqva Zone Chello Media channels open 4.8E.

To say nothing open!!!!!

Plus on other EMUs TNT Sat, Viasat (10+ Ch) & SSR-SRG Swiss
and with BDC Card ZeeTV, UPC Direct, TotalTV Macedonia, CD NL.....

But Canal Sat Viaccess Ident 022610 Key08 was added to Most EMUs (appologies if not Techno) earlier in the year and opens: 19.2°E MTV France, MTV Base, MTV Idol, MTV Pulse, MTV Hits, MTV Rocks, VH1 Europe, VH1 Classic, ESPN America, Game One, Nickelodeon, Nick Jnr, Cartoon Net, Boomerang, TCM & Vivotta

AS far as I know just a few on bulsat and a few dregs here and and for technomates along with Biss. Shame I think Technomates now are well and truly out of the equation for any updates especially the 1000 series etc

You should be able to run Fausto/Oscam (on PC connected to receiver) on Technomate with either SSP Serial Connection (or similair) direct to the receiver or CAM inserted into receiver connected to PC via Season Interface.

This gives access to everything

- except for the Non Public Pirate Card hacks (inc Diablo CAMs exlusive SSR-SRG Swiss hack) and paid patches eg SPIDERBOX C/S, MORESAT BOXES.....

what channel mate? nothing worked for me on bulsat..strange because i always download glen's softcam n it works...

Mate with all due respect, 90% of them channels are lame..which of them has football?I'd love to work Fausto but even with reading,i still wouldnt know how..

I have a serial cable (null modem cable) which i use for softcams etc is that what can be used to connect to the pc? Sorry for being so green on these subjects but I feel there alot more like me out there but what is fausto/oscam is this software?

I'm in the same boat as aerosmith, don't know anyhting about connecting via pc.

There's still enough channels still open for me not to be disappointed, some on bulsat, some in 19.2e and some on 13e that I can think of at the moment, think there's a few on other satellites too

Thanks a lot! the previous softcam obviously didn't work for me so i presumed nearly all the channels went off..just installed softcamed dated 16/8,works great.about to watch chelsea game...

thanks for fausto info,but will it work on my receiver?its TM 5600CI SUPER...

I have taken a look at the post regarding Fa****. Still not much the wiser to see if I can use it on a 1000 series technomate, how to do it (in basic terms) and what else I need (if anything) apart from my serial null cable as I have mentioned. If required for whatever reason can somebody send me a pm regarding this issue. I haven't been involved in this for long and just don't understand alot of terms and abbreviations etc. If not I'll just have to accept it.

I've managed to get Fausto to recognise when I change channels using SSSP. Had problems to begin with as it wasn't working using 1.43, upgraded to 1.45 and I've got a tiny bit further.

Now I need to work out how to use softcams and stuff. Any links to guides would be appreciated

All the PDFs for Fausto are in the CAM Section (Diablo) and Season Interface section.

BDC = Blue Dragon Card

Still opens Canal Digitaal NL (as does Gamma Card)
as well as UPC, Zee TV, Total TV Macedonia etc (see Card Chat Sections)

Hi, I am a novice at all this and would like to view more channels, does anyone have a simple set of step by step instructions on how to setup and use Fausto with a Technomate 5400 super. Do I need any other pieces of kit, I have a 9 pin cable.

download fausto keys from diablo section of forum

connect tm to computer with null modem cable

switch on tm and make sure sssp is selected from within menu, options (by default it is)

run fausto and select com port

load keys

press connect

Bravo, all done, enjoy
