A number of senior appointments have been made across the television industry in Turkmenistan.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov has appointed the heads of the country’s national TV channels, which are state owned.
Maksat Altayev has been appointed director of Altyn Asyr, Begench Abayev has been appointed director of Yashlyk, Byashim Atayev has been appointed director of Miras and Yusup Bayramov has been appointed director of Turkmen Ovazy.
