AGC is typically only 7%

Does this matter? The picture does break up occasionally but its watchable. Does it matter? BER is 0. SNR is approx 60%. Have i missed something on the tuner configuration? I'm using a motorised setup, but its the same with a dual feed monoblock lnb. Its a 78cm dish and i'm in newcastle. There are trees - could that be the reason?

Its the SNR id be more concerned with and it is on the low side and is more likely to be the problem causing your breakup.
