Afghan TV broadcasting Iranian films in Ramadan

Most of the Afghan television networks have been broadcasting Iranian religious films since the start of the fasting month of Ramadan in the country on 1 August. Afghanistan has more than 30 private TV networks as well as a state-run TV network which air religious films during Ramadan. Since the two countries are co-lingual and share numerous cultural commonalities, there is no need for dubbing the Iranian films.
