add satelittes in backup images

hi guys

i have a question, is there a way to add satellites in backup images

for example,

i have a backup image of BH 1.6.2 downloaded online, but in tuner config, only 2 satellites are there for choices !! can i manually download more or add any ?

yes mate just add them to your tuner first then restart enigma, go back and they should be in there now, if they are not in there update your satellite.xml then do it again.

the satellite.xml is in /etc.

P.S. set your tuner to advanced

how can i add then in tuner? when i select tuner config , i can only choose from 2 sat available ! how can i add more?

I think you need to tell us what dish setup you have mate motor or multiple LNB etc

If you only have 4 LNBs then thats setup correct.

But you are not answering the question what is your dish config 4 lnb or more or motor ?

When you have 4 lnb setup like that enigma will ask if you want to remove any other sats that are in your channel list.

my dish yes, i guess .. i never used any advanced config in previous images !
but alot of the backup images proposed for download are satellites restricted to 2 or 3 to choose from (when i go in simple mode) !
i just want to add more satellites to meet my current dishes as above !

i downloaded satloader from tunisia sat plugin ! and thats it !!! wow that was easy !!!
