Abracadabra help

I have Starsat x5300Usb I'm upgrading using USB port but after I burn flash 9(latest firm) and receiver restarts All channels are down and if I the Cw it says its 00000000000000000000000000 (something like that) ...is that normal?

make a clain to your card abra

leave the card in the receiver
and here is the method to make clain to your card
open the loader
click connect
alumer le recepteur
Double click on ali3329
select the flash
click next
let the program was loaded
Congratulations

download the flash clean

gm6062, how did you solve your problem?

I have the same problem. My last working firmware is 22/07/2009..after that, I cannot make abracadabra work. CW is showing 000000000000...

by the way, I have 30/11/08 firmware, can somebody please tell me what is this and what it's for?

Ok Here what I did.
1st: UpgradeTo cleaner firmware http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=130731
Then: Wait Till the receiver restarts and initialize the Abra card.
Finally Upgraded to the last firm (14-8-09)

Note that you don't have to remove the card.
Plus That Orbit and Showtime Channels Are All Down.
