No, it is NOT from DGS. This two are directly from Abcom Europe. They support them self. Hopefully, this two become a better support

Minicat m8, do you have any contact details for Abcom Europe ? I'm looking for a new receiver, does anyone know if this receiver supports band switching lnbs like the Swedish Micowave x-line?.

I do have a request for their software development team to implement support for band switching lnbs, would love to talk to them :thum:

I have a directly contact to ab-com.de (germany). But at the moment there are no official data sheets or addinional information. I waiting self for more info about the two new receivers. Release should be in december, but this is an inofficial information. I'm waiting for more ...

I have not come across any twin tuner receivers(HD) which support band switching lnbs, so this would be a great opportunity with your help to get this implemented into their software once we get the full data sheet. This receiver would be excellant choice for both feedhunters and tv watchers alike.

I would definitely buy one as my setup is non conventional (SMW X-Line and Cal Amp wide band lnb connected to a orthomode transducer(OMT))

All products coming for this two STBs will not released to the DGS-series.

Abcom is only reseller for DGS and DGS give the STBs also to other resellers such as Vizion (abcom called them clones).

Now abcom makes own STBs with the goal, no clones, no copy of software.

The e2 is sure no complete new software, it's the same CVS als used for all others. We will see, what abcom changed on it

they box will come E2 to from factory .....

abcom they will drop there support to 9000-910-900-91 DGS base... to sale there boxes....

so users they did not buy the boxes from DGS ...Cos DGS dont sale there products on internet ..They are STB makers thats all...Abcom now they cross with them it's not users problem.....

so they make E2 to there boxes ...but they cant make E2 images to there DGS boxes....E2 source public ..even there's for dummys how to make flash image......is it so hard to give flash image to there boxes,,,But no...why????
