A252combo 1.23B2_patch gb client

Hello,
Has any one had luck to use the A252 combo as a gbox client ? I have entered all data to connect to a server. The server “sees the client”, the A252combo gets hellos and other stuff, but the descrambling does not work.

Over the RS232 port I see on starting this:

receive hello messege
receive hello messege
set local IP

When switching to a scrambled channel this:

ca_mode=1
ret=1

And to a FTA channel this:

ca_mode=0
ret=255

Can anyone give me a advice what could be wrong ? Router and everything else is configured 100% ok

PS. The server sees the client as version 2.73, can this somehow be changed to 2.25 ?

not acting client via RS232
I have not heard of such a

Hi Jakitaki,

the A252combo is connected to the Network with the Network cable.

The Server gets valid data from the A252combo, so all config client/server is ok.

The data over RS232 is (I guess) some sort of debug messages, I hoped that it might help in identifying the problem.

Any idea what could be wrong ?
