A bug in the Kernel Driver

I have been looking for an answer to my question, but did not find the forum so I create a new thread. I have a problem with a bug present in the kernel driver from 2010-06-23 and it is about motor movement icon that does not work. I got the tuner failed, but the engine moves and get a picture anyway.

I use the older kernel driver 2.6.18-7.3 now it works with motor movement icon. Is there some solution so I can get away bug in the newer driver?

Driver from date 2010-06-23 is for kernel 2.6.18-7.3

Hmmm... There are three different drivers with the same kernel!

dreambox-dvb-modules_2.6.18-7.3-dm800-20100414-r0
dreambox-dvb-modules_2.6.18-7.3-dm800-20100528-r0
dreambox-dvb-modules_2.6.18-7.3-dm800-20100623-r0

I now use dreambox-dvb-modules_2.6.18-3.7-DM800-20100414-r0 that works with motor movement icon. But not in dreambox-dvb-modules_2.6.18-7.3-dm800-20100623-r0
for it´s a bug... It´s not problem with Gemini 5.0, but in Gemini 5.1 don´t work with motor moverment icon...
