a bit of help needed

ok got a dm800hd i turned it of for about 1 hour put it back on now it carnt find the tuner iv put so many images on and still the same so do i need to buy new box or tuner and help will be great

Have you tried taking the tuner out cleaning the contact and putting it back in ?

yes toook it out cleaned it and still same

if i buy a new tuner will i have to flash my box or will it just work when i install it
