8000TS with motor doesn't find SATs?

8000TS with 2.44 sw. cannot bring the motor to Astra and sometimes to other sat positions as well. It stops a bit before the position of Astra but on the screen motor is moving is kept shown. I can go to Astra only after sending motor first to reference position. Sometimes motor even does not start moving, just on the screen it is shown motor is moving. I already changed the motor to a brand new one. I tried former sw versions.(BTW I tested with an Optibox receiver, which worked with motor properly).
I use USALS on SATs, and the reference position is set correctly.
As 8000TS brand new and I'm newbie as well, I do not know, whether it is a hw or sw failure. Or the reason is somewhere else.

After many hours we fond the reason. In the default factory config. the motor limit was mistakenly programmed. Therefore the motor stopped at certain point. After manual change of limits, the error did not come up. It costed ca. 12 hours and a new motor purchase
