Theres more than one feed mate, there is two that's the correct way up so you don't have to strain your neck.

I thought it was something wrong with my reciever at first.

It recently changed freq, sr etc. New reception details are 11162H SR 6193 FEC 5/6 DVB-S2 QPSK. All 3 cameras are on there now.

will be same freuqncy after it switch to ses 4 new sallite ?

it could be sometime before the SES 4 Satellite is in operation probably sometime next year i guess so for time being at least Huntington Beach California USA feed is on above mentioned freq and working ok as i tested it last nite .
