102E missing a few channels, help please

Hello,
I just bought a 102E for use in central europe to watch free channels on 28E superbeam. All seems to be OK, except I am missing a couple of channels, even on the same transponder. For example, I am getting True Entertainment but not True Entertainment +1 on 11307V. What would cause this? Is there any fix?

Firmware is 1.25B4. I see there is a 1.26 available on the Ferguson website, although the installation guide says upgrade will wipe my channel list. Is the upgrade worth it? Any way to save the channel list?

on 28E, are constant changes to the transponders, before scanning, you must first update the transponder list

Thanks, should be transponder 32 on your list. According to lyngsat.com the missing station is still there.

If you do not have a transponder 11307V, add it, if it is, but it is not on all the channels, clear all channels from the transponder, and re-scan the transponder
