I noticed on Galaxy 16 KU Band (99.2W) there are two transponders: 11853/4/4999 11850/H/4999 with Biss encrypted channels. I think these may be Fox? Does anyone have the keys for these?

Has anyone seen the new channels on 99.2 West? A whole bunch of channels on 11871 H 14999 called FNC NYC Path 01 to 08 have popped up. What are they? Also a couple on 11850 H 4999 They are encrypted in Biss but was curious if they were news or something else? Thanks!

I would like to edit the channel names within Bouquets I created but the 'EDIT' name button seems to stay 'grayed' out. Is there a fix for this ? I can go into the menu of my Edison and edit the channel name there and that works but not via Bouquet Editor.
