I have connected my Viark 4K receiver to metamango but for the last week it has not been possible to download the channel list I have available there. Is anyone else having the same problem or is it a problem with my receiver communicating with metamango?

On mango site my default favourite categories are double for some reason and they can't be deleted. I sent a message to mango and nobody answered. Do you know any solution from the PT firmware menu ?
